Design Features:
- Our Flap has Angular Flat which Provides Wide Contact Area, as Compared to Conventionally used V-Shape Edge having Line Contact only with Valve Body. Flat Edge Ensures Almost Zero Leakage..
- Streamline Flap Design Minimizes Frictional Resistance to Fluid Flow.
- No Rubber Lining to Renew, Yet Leak proof.
- Valve is Able to Look in "OPEN" & "SHUT" position by the Cap.
- Cap Lock Valve in either Open or Close Position Preventing Accidental Throttling.
- A Groove Provided on the Spindle Head, Facilitates to Indicate the Position of the Valve when Cap is Removed.
- Bolt Length & Construction of the Cap is such that Cap can be Fitted in One Position only at a Time.
- Complete Range from 50mm to 250mm.
Application:
These valves are used to control the flow of fluid in pipeline. In transformer Industry these valves are used at one end of the Radiator to control the oil flow & hence more popularly known as "Radiator Valve".

Application:
Consider the case of furnace transformer in which one Flow Indicator can be mounted on
suitable member of oil circulating pipe and one on water circulative pipe of heat-exchanger.
The pointer of respective Flow Indicator will indicate whether desired rate of flow is maintained
or not and switch will operate if the flow drops near to 70% to initiate precautionary
system. For similar purpose it can be used on liquid circulating pipes in chemical processes,
heavy duty bearings, compressors, etc.
